✓Voice (4.9) — a distinctive, literary cricket prose style, held consistently across all twelve lessons and now tightened by a full version-2 editorial pass that cut repetition, plain-languaged the jargon, and added one sharper real-LLM point per page.
✓Technical accuracy (4.9) — correct behaviour throughout; the evals numbers and the softmax/temperature maths were verified programmatically, and MCP was grounded in the current modelcontextprotocol.io docs.
✓Complete & consistent (12/12) — all twelve lessons are built and reviewed, and a pre-existing progress-key numbering bug on L9–L11 was fixed, so the Honours Board now completes end-to-end.
✓Depth (4.6) & Narrative (4.6) — an optional deep-dive on every lesson plus dedicated “Maths” pages (L1, L2, L4, L5); and nearly every page ends on a question the next one answers, so each lesson reads as one argument, not a list.
To improve
✗Learner activation (3.8 — up from 3.2) — still the relative gap, though narrowing: L1's animated Hawk-Eye ball-track and L6's confidence bar join the existing steppers, toggles and sliders. What's still missing is retrieval practice — quizzes, predict-then-reveal, runnable code — the biggest lever left for retention.
✗Pacing (4.2) — uneven. MCP (L9) runs to 7 pages, evals (L11) spikes on jargon (TP/FP/FN · precision/recall/F1), few-shot (L4) leans mathy — while L6, L8 and L12 are single pages. Normalise the heavy lessons.
✗Visual consistency (4.4) — L1 now carries an animated Hawk-Eye trajectory + OUT/NOT-OUT odds bar and L6 a confidence bar, but the middle lessons (L7–L11) still lean on cards and steppers. Extend that richer, on-theme visual language across them.
✗Diagram opportunities — two canonical visuals would land hard: a 2×2 confusion matrix on evals (L11) and a retrieval-flow diagram on RAG (L7).
